the location was great on a cleaner part of the promenade. i had a very spacious large room facing the pool. the balcony had a table and chairs i used in the afternoon. the room offered clean bedding, towels, water, and a fridge freezer.

the beautiful double room pool view was big and bright, and the bed proved very comfortable. i also appreciated the view overlooking the pool. it's a nice touch to have these views available.

the room was spacious and clean enough..
The bathroom was definitely a letdown. the design felt old, and some fixtures needed serious updating. i also noticed some hair on the floor. The room could have been cleaned better before my arrival.

i loved the big fridge and kettle, it helped with storing drinks. the quick trip to 7/11 became a daily thing for milk and coffee, this was super convenient! the staff responded quickly to our request. extra pillows came without any issue, this.
the gym was not so good.

the pool is very nice, i used it every day. the hotel boasts a pool and gym, i saw many using the gym. sadly i did not try it. the gym is smaller.

the staff are friendly and very accommodating. the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. bottled water was supplied each day, i drunk everyday two or three of it. no problem, fast.

the hotel is on soi 5, so it is very quiet. it is only a 10 bhat trip to the main shopping centers. beach road with many bars are near. the beach is a couple of minutes walk away, is so fantastic.

The location was good, close to various attractions and amenities.
The bathroom was in poor condition. I found some hairs on the floor in the room, indicating that it was not cleaned thoroughly. This was a disappointment.
